Ep 77: How to Feel Confident in a Swimsuit Without Changing Your Body

This is a time of year when many of us feel self-conscious + anxious about our bodies. We have been hearing things like “summer bodies are made in the winter!” and when we go try on a new swimsuit or put on our shorts for the first time in the warm weather, we kind of freak out.

Because of that, and because this is the time of year when weight loss efforts get a little frenzied and frantic, Emily and I want to talk today about how you can feel confident in a swimsuit this summer (or in any item of clothing, in any season, really) without needing to change anything about your body.

For those of you who are new to the Nutrition Redefined podcast, you may not know who Emily is, so I’ll give you a brief intro. Emily is a registered dietitian and nutrition therapist, and together we are co-founders and business partners at Eat Confident Co.

We run our group coaching program together, Eat Confident Collective, where we teach women like you how to end the battle with food and their body and find peace, freedom, and confidence with food.
